The heart of every karriere101 online fair are the two event days, on which the companies can present themselves at their virtual booths (Day 1) and young professionals can have a personal 1:1 interview with them via video call (Day 2). If both sides are interested in working together, further steps and contract details can be clarified during the After Hour after the Event Days.
What’s special about karriere101 is that, depending on when you register in the matching phase, companies and young professionals have up to three weeks to like their profiles, just like in the popular dating apps. If both sides distribute a like, a match is created and the company then makes you an appointment proposal for an interview. The events are classified by industries and take place on different dates.
